We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and current. Menus, prices, opening hours, event details, venue availability and images may change without notice. Content is provided for general information and does not constitute professional advice.

We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors.

3. Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an online form is an enquiry only and does not create a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed when Fun Spinns provides confirmation through an authorised communication channel.

  • You must provide accurate contact, guest and booking information.
  • Deposits, minimum spends, cancellation conditions or event-specific requirements will be disclosed before confirmation where applicable.
  • Changes to guest numbers, timing or special requests remain subject to availability.
  • You are responsible for communicating relevant booking conditions to the members of your group.

4. Venue conduct and eligibility

Guests must follow reasonable venue directions, posted house rules and all applicable laws. Fun Spinns may refuse entry or service, or ask a guest to leave, where reasonably necessary for safety, security, responsible service, disruption prevention or legal compliance.

Some Card Lounge, poker or licensed-area experiences may be restricted to guests aged 18 or over. Valid identification may be required. Our offline poker experiences are social venue activities and must not be used for unlawful gambling or other prohibited conduct.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent enquiries, harvest personal information or use its content in a misleading or unlawful manner.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, branding, text, graphics, photographs and other content are owned by or licensed to Fun Spinns and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
